1. Somerset

Located in King County, Somerset is a neighborhood in Bellevue that has a population of about 37,000. There are plenty of great schools in the community, as well as lots of greenspace and fabulous views of Lake Washington and the Olympic mountains.

2. Lakemont

While Lakemont lies predominantly within the city limits of Bellevue, a small part of it is also within the city of Issaquah, WA. For this reason, residents of Lakemont have the option to send their kids to school in both school districts.

Lakemont’s current population is just over 5,600. There are plenty of local parks in the neighborhood as well, including Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, which is very popular among residents.

3. Woodbridge

5. Newport Hills

With a population of just over 2,600, Newport Hills is a rather small section of Bellevue, but boasts a lot of character and charm. This sophisticated and friendly community is a great place to live and is within close proximity to Coal Creek Parkway, which is characterized by waterfalls, historical artifacts, and awesome walking and hiking trails that are great for avid hikers or simple family walks.
